You need to open the spammer's profile in a new tab and then you will see "moderator tools" menu on the right hand side. Click and select "spam". This allows to clean all their posts and ban them. Best regards, Gareth.
Hi Dana, Thank you for reporting spammers! To make our lives easier, I granted you Moderator rights - you now should be able to ban spammers. The forum software is old, so I am not 100% sure this will work for you, let me know!
