As the Owner of People Plus Solutions, I have over two decades of experience within the staffing industry. Since 1996, I have been helping Great Companies find Great People, and Great People find Amazing Jobs. I love what I do. To help people find that perfect career opportunity, and companies find the right fit for their organization is a humbling experience.

During my tenure in staffing, I have managed multiple territories, with revenue up to 28 million annually. I have worked with companies ranging in size from 5-500+, and have been instrumental in selling, implementing, and managing various on-site partnerships.

In March 2016, I decided to branch out, and open a small, local employment agency. My company specializes in contract and permanent placement in the fields of Engineering, Management, and HR primarily within the Manufacturing and Logistics industries.

Prior to entering the staffing industry, I graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University. I also served 3 years Active Duty in the United States Army, and did most of my tour overseas.
