      Job Description:
      Collaborate on revolutionary new product designs, development, and existing product enhancements with 6D
      staff. Find creative solutions to engineering and manufacturing challenges while working to significantly
      improve helmet performance within various helmet categories.

      International travel is required.

      Requirements & Skills:
      Mechanical Engineering degree preferred, will consider others with strong work experience in area of helmet design.

      The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to wear many hats, and capable of working with varying amounts of input from team members within a fast paced company environment.

      Specific Skills Include:
      • Working knowledge of CAD in solid and surface modeling with organic shapes in Solidworks or ProE.
      • Data file management and excellent organizational skills using MS Office software
      • Experience in helmet design and manufacturing a plus, including strong knowledge of energy absorbing materials and their properties.
      • Experience with impact testing equipment, accelerometers, data acquisition, and data analysis is a plus.
      • Experience in analytical analysis of testing results required.
