Anyone know how to define a support point that allows a surface to pass through it but remain lock in location and also constrain the displacement of the feature in one direction? For example a pulley wheel or multiple pulley wheels where you hang different weights between them and cable slides to equilibrium.

 

Through blood sweat and tears I was able to figure this out. OK well maybe not but I did find a solution is anyone is interested. It is very quite simple just need to think outside of the box a bit.
