I was wondering if anyone has any feedback about CMS IntelliCAD software and if it's a good alternative to AutoCAD.
Did some tests with their trial and it seems too good to be true considering the published prices.

They also provide a free license for academic use but I'm no longer a student and I don't have a

Not really into CMS IntelliCAD, So I can't offer you any more constructive advice.
But I have used some in the past. You can digg a little deeper to see what is best for you:
freecad: oriented towards parametric 3d-design. Used it to build 3d-print models.
librecad: oriented towards 2d parametric design, looks most like AutoCAD.
openscad: the former 2 have a more GUI interface, this one is mostly programmer-and 3D-oriented.
      More free CAD programs: https://www.xp-pen.com/forum-6119.html
