Hi, I have a PVC Ball with 2.00" Diameter and i need it to pass through a Steel Restriction with ID 1.95". Can anyone help me out how to calculate the Shear load or pressure to shear the ball through the port.

The way you've drawn it - zero.
Looks like you're passing the ball through the restricted area at a point along the length which is smaller than your restriction

 

Hi, The ball is 2.00" in O.D, and if you see the ID of the pipe has an inner step which is 1.95"(revised). The ball is made of PVC and is completely solid, whereas the restriction is steel. I need help to calculate at what force will the ball shear through. Thanks

It will depend on the elastic modulus of the ball and the taper angle and surface finish of the restriction. Might just be easier to test it.
