      Proe is slightly more expensive than SW. Proe does not need a Server. It can be a node-locked license too. We are running it that way.
      Functionality wise, Proe is far far superior to SW or any other mid-range CAD like SE, Inventor etc. Proe is a top end product.
      We are on WF5.... on the way to Creo 1.0. Waiting for Creo 1.0 to stabilize. :)

      I'm learning Inventor and find it OK but buggy. However, they've got a new stress analysis module which is really nice.

      Iam using a program called Ironcad for several year now, as every program it have good and bad side but in general i prefer to be the boss over the software than the other way around. most of my work is changed in the end of the design "new ideas from the board director" and that is not allways easy with solid or proE to fix big changes in the last minute. take a look at it and test it for the test period.
