I have made spur gears in milling machine. Is it possible to make a Bevel gear using the same??...if yes then can u please tell me the formulaes relating to the same? and how to make it exactly?

It is possible to cut the bevel gear on a milling machine. Prior to taking it on the milling machine, the gear need be turned on a lathe to get the Back Cone Angle. It is not possible to give formulae on a forum. Any handbook on gear would give you the necessary details.
I would recommend CMTI or PSG design data (since you are from India). There are BIS standards too that let you define the Quality of gear and the other gear proportions. It is necessary to understand the Bevel gearing since it is different from spur or helical gearing.
