Overall, worth a read, but when I got to
a) "Ray Kurzweil, 61, sincerely believes that his own immortality is a realistic proposition... and just as strongly contends that, using a combination of grave-site DNA and future technologies, he will be able to reclaim his father [...] from death"
b) and a bit later - "he follows a regime of around 200 vitamin pills daily: not so much a diet as an attempt to "aggressively re-programme" his biochemistry"
- I decided to take this article and Kurzweil's "predictions" lightly
I tried to reprogram my biochemistry, then I got a message "insert floppy disc", I got scared and rebooted.
