Hi Everyone

I need to calculate the diameter of a rod (rounded).
the rod holds a wheel and is held from one end (just like trailer wheel)

so I am trying to understand how to calculate it?
should I refer to this calculation for both shear stress and bending moment?

Material: 316
Length: 100mm
