      Dear All,

Does anybody have experiment about degrease cleaning? Please help me fix this issue.

I have a heat-sink that has a screw hole. When I do assembly the product I have to put the screw that is wrapped Teflon around to connect the screw hole. In case my product is not good, the heat sink will be reworked by degrease cleaning and at here there is still a little Teflon inside the screw hole.

Do you know how to remove 100% the Teflon inside a hole? Please give me your any ideas or suggestions.

      Sincerely,

      Loc Nguyen

Normally we use a tap to clean out screw threads. Just get the correct tap for the thread of the screw and run the tap through once or twice. the screw hole thread will be cleaned out.
