      Greetings my dear fellow engineers. :)

      Hope you all are doing well!

      I am tasked to design an cabinet door of steel and metal for provide their cost comparison. I've to decide which door to use. The size of a single door is 22" by 65" high.

      I want your support to find where to start from.

      Your urgent help will be vital for me.

      Eeeek....that sounds so...heavy! Does the customer want it as easy opening? But bulletproof?

      It is simple inverter cabinet and somewhat looks like the attached picture [​IMG]

      I saw the standard on steel door design and did some analysis but i need some help from an experienced person like you to help me in making an appropriate design.
