I thought the Christmas specials were pretty good - the 1st one wasn't up to much but as a 2-part it worked well. - I even yelled a little bit at Wilfred when he got stuck in the little glass cubical- pillock.

I hope Dr Who doesnt get too 'kids TV' -I would love Dr who to go all 'old skool' and scare the willys out of everyone. That being said - did you ever see the episode with the statues in the graveyard?

Makes me go all goosey just thinking about it!

Ooh great - a Doctor Who thread. I'm a big fan of the series (mainly the classic one). The new one is OK. IMO it hasn't been the same since the man in my avatar left!!

Tom Baker was at his best as 'Puddleglum' in The Silver Chiar :D

Haha yeah that's an epic role :D :D

Seriously guys if u want to see the best Dr Who ever watch the Caves of Androzani(with Peter Davison).
      Watch it for free here:

Really really good stuff... the storytelling quality makes the new series look rubbish. The old series was the best seriously. You haven't seen Dr Who unless you've seen Caves of Androzani. Check it out. You will see how good TV can be when it's done properly.

Feels like he's trying too hard! Getting better though, or maybe I'm just getting used to him... anyway, Karen Gillan makes it all better :)
