      Post your favorite hobbies and/or spare time projects! (include pics if you can!)

      Honeydew lists do not qualify as spare time projects...(OMG I could support the discussion myself if I listed mine!)

      I will be posting my current project with pictures later today.

      Didnt have time to do this last night but here goes....

      Current project, first Bike Build!
      I aquired a 1980 GS850G Suzuki motorcycle for an even trade of a 9 yr old Ridgid 10 inch table saw. I intend to make this a rat/old school bobber look....

      upload them into a site like photobucket and use the url for the individual pictures to put onto here with the image code

      That's correct, but please note there's a restriction on the maximum image size so it fits nicely into the page

      I don't really seem to have any time for personal engineering projects a lot but I'm building a touring bicycle. Hopefully one day I'll get away n a bike trip.

      My recently miniproekt) 11ф.jpg
      subsequently, the lower slider was dismantled due to uselessness

      I made the drawings and got down to start))

      1) Made parts for mounting; 1.jpg

      2) Made protection;
      3.jpg

      3) Made the base sliders and sliders
      7.jpg 6.jpg 5.jpg Later changed them a bit)

      4) painted and installed (this is the type of mount to the frame)

      How did you make the lower parts - have you got a CNC machine?

      the lower parts?
      Do you mean plates for supports?
      No, I made them on the markup using a universal milling machine, templates, radii and emery
