Hi All, I have a machine above. The number of teeth, what i need, is not availble through changing only E-F-G-H wheels. So i need information about differential gear changing opportunities, or technical documentation, or any information to solve this problem. I glad to see any solution. Thank you very much in advance.
I see that you are talking about a machine that is used to put threads on a metal rod or cyclinder. Try to remember that there are standard threads here in the USA. The machine has set-ups only for those particular thread patterns. Find and ASTM book and look in the tables. There are standards for coarse and fine threads. If you need metric thread patterns then you need to find a guide from the ESTM.
From your blog it appears that you require the dividing change gears for a certain number of teeth. The differential gear train is for obtaining the spiral angle for helical gears, which is independent of the dividing gear train. If you post the relevant photographs/ diagrams of the change gear area, I can be of help.
i have some info about zfwvg thread milling machine . what kind of part do you want to cutting? in heckert there is three area for changing gear .i have two type of this machine and have compleat operation manual of them. please tell me what exact information that you need.
