I'm trying to find a time efficient & cost effective way of sealing (2) fiberglass troughs (36" wide x 18" deep) w/ 2" flanges that mate up in the field. The fiberglass is about 1/4 thick. Any ideas are appreciated.

In the marine world, 3M 5200 adhesive is the gold standard for permanent waterproof seals to fiberglass. If the joint is highly stressed you might want to use 5200 and screws or bolts.
