I have an Industrial background, which includes Cad 2D & 3D: Machine drafting and design, Combustion/process control, Metal working machinery, Piping design & instrumentation. * AutoCad 2D (7000 hr.) * Mechanical Desktop & Inventor 3D (4500 hr.) * SolidWorks (7000 hr) * Electrical circuitry (PLC) ladder logic design. The equipment with which I have the most engineering experience includes: * Conveyors and Systems including positioning controls * Rubber mold machinery. * Industrial Furnaces and ovens * Metalworking machinery design. I have worked with various manufacturers and consulting engineers in the capacity of drafter/project engineer and engineering liaison. I have accomplished piping, instrumentation and electrical design for combustion, conveyor and process control systems. I have also developed a familiarity with the selection, function and layout of many conveyor systems used in conjunction with furnaces, bulk handling and package distribution. At a recent one year contract employment, I completed layouts, assemblies, weldments and machining drawings in Inventor. It was an Industrial coal conveyor system with enclosed roller belt. There were 18 or so different interconnected sections as well as chutes and accessories. I was the primary project person for the drafting, detailing and component layouts. There was rolled steel and numerous sheet metal bent components. I live in Cleveland, have dependable transportation and have a flexible work schedule.
