It's very easy to include images within your forum post. This can be done by following the instructions below. If you're having difficulty, please post on this thread and someone will help you Step 1: Ensure that your image is no larger that 700 pixels wide x 1200 pixels high Step 2: Upload your image to the internet in a place that is viewable to all (e.g. Photobucket, ImageShack etc etc) Step 3: Display the image in your forum posting by inserting the URL of the image into the post. The URL of the image must be within the Img tags. An example of this in the code box below: PHP: [img]http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d123/abc123/image.jpg[/img]
New to the fourm and am trying to upload pictures from photo bucket. In photobucket, i click to copy the links of the img link; it copies and I then paste it into the my thread. Last night they showed up in my reply, but now at work they are not there. I see I'm not allowed to post attachments. Maybe this has something to do with it? Any help would be appreciated. Rob
Strange - I can see your pictures from last night OK. You should be able to hotlink pics from photobucket no problem. The reason attachments aren't allowed is because they would soon clog the server.
Hi. I’m trying to ask a question in one of the forums but if I hit the “Post New Thread” button it takes me to a screen where I can create a poll or something like that with a one line question box and some set responses to choose. What am I missing., how do I just start a normal thread?
Ok so I just realised this thread is from last year, I'll try and find a more current one to drop the question in.
