So the yellow stuff is 3D printing, right? Are you using it as a pattern for casting or something? How did you model the face in 3D? This looks very difficult.

What's the story? Do you design and manufacture these yourself? Can you give us some more info on how you work and what your process is? Do you have any SolidWorks available to download?
I do any projects under the order under some firms, incidentally I create the design (the previous models it is the author's design). And process as well as at any designer goes from the sketch (the picture which is inserted into the sketch) in which it is specified: material, stones and their sizes, approximate weight and other wishes of the customer.
