      We are presently looking for an individual with an EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE of Autodesk INVENTOR and AUTOCAD, experienced in Sheet metal, Structural and Material handling design within an industrial environment.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      •Performs product design, including drawing layout, and details, interpretation of specifications and documentation.
      •Designs and develops sheet metal assemblies, mechanical components, and assemblies for various equipment, and machinery.
      •Generates product documentation as required.
      •Provides shop support in activities related to designed product.
      •Populates and maintains engineering database.

      DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
      Minimum requirements:
      •Three to five years of Mechanical/Machine design experience in Industrial Manufacturing environment.
      •Proficient in INVENTOR – Sheet Metal, Frame Generator, i-Assemblies
      •AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office.

      Required Design experience:
      •Sheet metal, Structural, Ducting, Mechanical, Power transmission.
      •BOM, Sourcing

      Preferred experience:
      •Industrial Ovens, Conveyors, Ducting, Piping
      •ERP system (M2M - a plus)

      Not required:

      •Molding, Injection, Surfacing

      • Latest INVENTOR release familiar with?
      • No. of hours of INVENTOR use in manufacturing environment?
      • No of items of the most complicated assembly YOU generated?
      • i-Part / i-Assembly experience?
      • i-Logic driven parts/assemblies experience?
      • Sheet Metal experience?
      • Frame generator experience?
      • Vault experience?

      Be aware that if accepted for an interview you will be submitted to two Inventor tests:
      1. Sheet Metal i-Part,
      2. Sheet Metal & Frame i-Assembly (5 items, including the above part)

      Reserve about 3-4 hours for the interview and test.
      NOTE: The Company does not cover relocation or travel expenses for interview and testing.
