      [h=2]Job Description[/h]The National Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the North American Distributors (40%) and the Specification Sales team (40%) to achieve and exceed the budgeted sales activity. Additionally the Regional Sales Manager will manage their own portfolio of specifiers and external bodies.
      Managing Distributors (Weighing 40%)

      • Working with existing distributors to ensure that they are properly trained, carry the correct mix and quantity of inventory, and are well motivated to achieve / exceed the sales targets in the distributor agreements.
      Managing the Specification Sales Engineers (Weighting 40%)

      • To ensure that the specifications sales team is directed trained, motivated, and controlled to be as effective and efficient as possible.
