I am looking for someone to partner with on a project. I don't have the tools or knowledge to built the prototype I need. This tool will be a game changer in a 15 billion dollar market. It can be made simple or complex. Everybody will be very interested in this tool. If the person is not interested in partnership I would pay to have them help with this. I have been in this business for 30 years and this tool would become a must have. It would save labor and materials so it would pay for itself over time. The few people I discussed it with agree this would be a must have. It is re3lated to the automobile industry. I have created a few crud prototypes and the idea will work but I need someone with better understanding of what can be done to refine it. Anyone interested please reply I will get in touch with you with more details.

Thank you for your interest I will consider it if I cannot get interest from an engineer. Making it as simple as possible and producing it as cheaply a possible with not sacrificing quality. The basic concept is out there so I know it will work. Modifying it so it can be used in our industry will take someone with mechanical ability. This tool can be made simply or very complicated. I feel if it is made and the cost stays under $200 you will sell well over a million units in the first year. Our industry has no tool that can do what this tool will do. As I said this tool will pay for itself in the first few uses so it will be an easy sell. Anyway what is slowing me up is my inability to create a prototype so I can have a better idea of manufacture cost. I have been in this business for over 30 years and this would be one of the tools you will say I don’t know how we did without it. Anyway I know it is almost impossible to project cost but a ballpark idea would be great.

Hi dmar, I'd be interested in knowing more about your project. I am happy to sign any non-disclosure agreement in that regard. Maybe I can help.

RE: Request for Mechanical Design/Development Engineer

I'm a product development engineer. I have worked on many broad ranging product types from Automotive to Aerospace... I have good experience in the following: Production process development, machinery design, composites, fabrications, mouldings, precision machined parts.

I too am looking for a business partner and would be prepared to offer investment should I be convinced the idea is viable. A NDA could be a good idea.

      Cheers
