      Good Morning,

I am currently looking for design engineers in the automotive industry with one client producing commercial vehicles but the salaries vary widely. We are trying to give our clients some idea of the current expectations of professional engineers in the current climate. Whilst the current climate suggests opportunities will decrease in the near future will this affect wages because of the shortages of experienced engineers.

      Regards,

      Jay
