      Hi every one,
      I'm looking for a Plexi glass cover for my machine, something like:

      So, do I need to use injection molding or there are low volume production method for this?

      Plexiglass sheets can be heat formed for bends, joints can be solvent bonded for near invisible joints.

      Rapid prototyping processes can make water clear parts. Will probably require second operation polishing to get a window quality part.

      There are Urethane casting resins that are water clear. You make a master pattern, cast a mold from RTV resins then cast multiple part in the mold from Urethane.
