      • Leading mechanical design teams in the production of drawing packages for industrial, commercial, and institutional buildings.
      • Manage projects from design through construction.
      • Engage with clients and develop/maintain long-lasting relationships.
      • Direct and coordinate mechanical designs, and drawings.
      • Direct, review, and approve project design changes.
      • Confer with management to discuss project specifications or procedures.
      • Review, recommend, and approve contracts and cost estimates.
      • Provide expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis and resolution of problems.
      • Create technical reports, documentation, calculations and sketches.
      • Engage in meetings with clients regarding project reports and findings.
      • Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned accordingly.
      Qualifications and Requirements:

      • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
      • 7+ years of work experience managing mechanical projects of all sizes, preferably in the ICI industry.
      • Client-focused and results-driven.
      • Strong background knowledge in Mechanical Systems (HVAC/Plumbing/BAS).
      • Demonstrated success in project delivery and the execution of project management methods.
      • Ability to independently manage multiple activities at different locations and organize work to meet deadlines.
      • Ability to take detailed technical information and convey that information to team members of
      all experience levels.

      • Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolutions skills.
      • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
