      You might need a 3D-Printer to build it. Don't concern the pool apperance, just use 3D-Printer to establish all structure you need, then use cover layer or film to be its apperance.

      Are you interested in Waterjet? We are the largest waterjet machine manufacturer in China, and we support 3D cutting.

      Produce with 3D model and note the required tolerance in PDF print.

      Hi
      you can create 3D models With some software such as ( Maya , solid work , ...)

      And print it with 3D prints ( J750 Stratasys with PolyJet technology )

      PolyJet technology is renowned for its outstanding realism and breathtaking aesthetics. The technology works similarly to traditional inkjet printing, but instead of jetting ink onto paper, a print head jets liquid photopolymers onto a build tray where each droplet cures in a flash of UV light.

      3D printing is the best solution with some concerns to keep in mind:
      - for the start try to reuse existing parts (or buy ones that will fit);
      - optimize your printing with first trials on small parts (the quality of drawing and expected vs real result.
