I am currently taking a Technical Communications class from Salt Lake Community College, and one of my projects involves interviewing a professional in my chosen career field (my chosen career field being Mechanical Engineering) to learn more about the organizational culture of the company they work for, which genres of writing are most commonly used, and maybe an example or two of some Engineering reports that I could use for reference.
