      Hi,

I saw the past post about the bicycle related invention and thought I might give this forum a shot for my question...

I have 2 bicycle related patents (patented in the USA and several other countries) which I am looking to either license or sell. Trying to find a patent broker is like finding a needle in a haystack (all of the patent brokers out there seem to be IT related). Anyone have any ideas of any patent brokers who will work with bicycle related patents?

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure where you are based, but you may find this organisation useful..

      http://www.lesi.org/Article/National_an ... eties.html

(click on the country in which you are based for more details).

Also, if you are very keen to demonstrate that you are opening to licensing your inventions you can have them endorsed "Licences available as of right" (at the UK patent office at least). This is essentially an advert that you are open to licencing. The database of patents endorsed in this way is found here..

      http://www.ipo.gov.uk/types/patent/p-os ... fright.htm

There are implications of doing this so you should speak to your patent attorney before doing so.

My reply is a probably a little late to be of help but if you have a patent you wish to assign in Europe, I can help with the legal formalities. My firm, Loven Patents and Trademarks, visit www.Loven.co.uk, specialise in all areas of Intellectual Property law so if you still need assistance please email me at Kevin.Hanson@Loven.co.uk.
