You will monitor both the internal and external processes and activities holding onto strict deadlines and keeping projects within budget guidelines. Additionally, you’ll work closely with other departments in planning and controlling the proper execution of assigned projects in order to contribute to achieving full customer satisfaction in the fulfillment of the contract. You will also contribute to long term planning and implementation of the overall business strategy. This is your chance to show your leadership skills! Additionally, you will: · Proactively manage changes in project scope; identify potential problems, and devise contingency and risk mitigation plans · Review supplier schedules and establish strategies where required · Conduct schedule and cost variance analysis, working with the team to take appropriate actions to bring project costs or delays back on track · Proactively assess project performance and if necessary conduct root cause analysis to improve processes and improve the project productivity · Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management · Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel · Develop and maintain positive customer relations · Act as a liaison with other departments, divisions and organizations including sales, engineering, logistics, and purchasing What we need from you: Bring your Project Management expertise and desire to lead, along with your: · Bachelor’s degree and approximately 3-4 years previous project management and client management experience.
