You thrive in an international environment and through your cultural understanding you build trustful and effective relations. Finally, you have solid experience with managing projects and consistently achieve project goals via your strong planning and organisational skills.

Besides your personal qualifications, we also expect you to:
      • Have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in offshore structures in the North Sea area
        • Possibly 2-3 years hereof with lead experience

      • Write and speak English at a business level
      • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in structural, naval or mechanical engineering
It would furthermore be an advantage if you have previously worked with tender preparation and Project Management as well as experience with ANSYS, Workbench, LS-DYNA and MathLab. However, this is not a prerequisite.
