What are the most useful online resources (websites, e-mags, podcasts, forums, blogs etc) for engineering managers?

I have relied on dozens of online resources over the years as a mechanical design engineer, including this very forum, but find they are generally more focused on design and engineering methods (how to calculate this stress, what standards apply to that, whats the best CAD for ...etc)

With management responsibility for a team of design engineers, I struggle to find places to learn, network and engage in conversations about things like managing innovation, dealing with other departmental managers (especially production) and budget and lead time issues etc.

There is of course a wealth of 'management' resources but not so much specifically related to engineering management (that is non-silicon valley engineering management)

Hi @tmark938 thanks for responding. I don't have one specific problem as such and I know there are a wealth of engineering managers in this forum who would be very capable and willing to help solve management related problems.

What I am really looking for is a list of the most useful blogs, influencers, online magazines, podcasts etc that have a strong focus on engineering management. I like to have a few articles etc in my inbox every morning to scan through and get involved in discussions with
