You will be part of the upstream process systems teams and working on projects characterised by customer driven leading edge technology. You will be a talented and experienced individual who can strengthen their team of 220 engineers and who will support their ambitious growth plan within the international market. Responsibilities • Develop conceptual layout solutions in Early Phases, Concepts and FEEDs • Responsible for 3D Area and Piping Layout design in detail design phases • Coordinate and lead model development in projects where layout work is shared with partners • Advise on system model optimization issues during preparation of proposals and design phases • Participate in HAZID and HAZOP studies, and Client model reviews • Ensure that specifications, standards, quality and safety requirements are fulfilled • Ensure implementation of Company requirements and best practice Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in oil and gas industry • Extensive experience in complex Area & Layout tasks • Good multi discipline understanding of process equipment relationships • Proven record from Area & Layout design • Fluent user of 3D-CAD modelling systems • Fluent in English • HSE and quality conscious • Assertive, enthusiastic and creative • Good communication skills • Reasonable network within the oil and gas industry • Proactive and solution orientated They offer · Excellent remuneration package, considered to be the best in the industry · VISA sponsorships · Friendly colleagues in an industry with a bright future · An environment where you are encouraged to develop your skills and share your knowledge with your colleagues · Competitive benefits and strong focus on work-life balance Contact information For more information regarding this role or for a confidential career opportunity consultation, contact Joel either by email: [email protected], or by phone +44 (0)191 276 7525.
