I'm not interested in the job, but I popped in because I have to wonder at the mind-set when I see a posting like this. If you're looking for someone to design new parts and prototypes, I'd think being a wiz at Solidworks is probably one of the worst qualifications to put at the top of your list. There are far more important qualifications, such as knowing manufacturing processes, understanding mechanisms, material selection, and stress/thermal/whatever analysis. Besides Solidworks is fairly easy to become basically competent in, and the difference between an expert user, and a moderately skilled one, as far as total design job performance, is probably relatively small.
