      Innovative technology company is seeking an individual who is a SolidWorks professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in using SolidWorks for the production of sheet metal parts and assemblies. Familiarity with fasteners is necessary.

      CSWA and CSWP accreditation from SolidWorks is essential!

      You will be asked to create new designs and prototypes as part of an innovative team and will be working remotely while communicating via gotomeeting.com or join.me while performing your services.

      I am interest work in the position offered. I have more than 9 years working with Inventor Pro and more than 7 years working with Solidworks platform, development in mineral, industrial and estructural proyects. My total expertise working in mechanical design is more than 12 years.

      I'm not interested in the job, but I popped in because I have to wonder at the mind-set when I see a posting like this.

      If you're looking for someone to design new parts and prototypes, I'd think being a wiz at Solidworks is probably one of the worst qualifications to put at the top of your list. There are far more important qualifications, such as knowing manufacturing processes, understanding mechanisms, material selection, and stress/thermal/whatever analysis.
      Besides Solidworks is fairly easy to become basically competent in, and the difference between an expert user, and a moderately skilled one, as far as total design job performance, is probably relatively small.
