A tank, DP:15psig, DT:200F, ID:144"; Height:16ft; Material: A-36. A manhole 24" another 4 nozzles (3"~8") will be installed on the head. I am struggling with what type of head I should use.

If it is too large to use Flat Head or Weld cover? F & D head is a right choice? I checked UG-34, and may overlook the section about the size limit of using flat head.

      Thanks,

Ask this question on the ASME group on LinkedIn. There are pressure vessel code savvy engineers there. Haven't seen anyone with those skills here.
