      Dear all,

I have made same table top chain conveyor. this conveyor will be used for transferring glass bottle from the bottle forming machine to the packing table (for packaging).
I have made 2 models / types of conveyor. They are straight conveyor and turn conveyor. I don't have any issue and problem with the straight one. But, for the turn conveyor, table top chain can't move smoothly. it can makes my bottle falling over. Any suggest from you all?

      Motor : 0.75 Kw
Type of Table top chain : sideflexing K450 (Rex-LF880 K450)
      Length : +/- 4000 mm
      Angle of turn : 30 - 40 deg

      Thanks for your help.

      Hi,

You probably need to get a more powerful motor. Call the supplier or hve a look at the datasheet. With the angle, you're probably out of the range were it deliver a smooth torque.

maybe speed of conveyor is high for bottles when they turn and you must reduce it
