      Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the process of generating and managing a digital representation of a physical object. It is used to make a functioning model for the planning of construction projects. This allows for all members of the construction team from architects and designers to builders and engineers to work from the same model and to the same standards.

The model can be altered directly as changes are made and problems solved allowing for an enormous reduction in work load and time wasted. The BIM files are constantly automatically refreshing so that all members of the construction team have constant up to date files to work from.

You can get a BIM model from BIM Catalogs by this link
