I would think that it would be great security for an industrial unit. I am not keen on it as a residential property.
How much did it cost to build? Has it ever been sold? At what price? Where is this thing? If zombies drive trucks they can run right through the back roll up door or cut it up with a torch or other cutting tools. lol
